Did you know the event calendar on the �������� public website is populated by the 25Live room reservation system? and Operations collaborated on this process so faculty and staff wouldn’t need to complete a separate ticket to advertise events, but there is an extra step you must take to make sure your event goes live.

When you request a room, don’t forget to answer the question: “Do you want to advertise your event on a GGC calendar?” This question appears in the “Additional Questions” section. If you skip this question, your event will not post to the .
